As far as I know, the issues stem from the (admittedly integrated) GPU and its OpenGL support, and it's best to ignore the CPU or the fact that it's located on the same physical die as the CPU.
Therefore, for stats you should be looking at the "PC Video card usage by mfg" chart, which suggests about 18% intel GPUs.
PS: This is probably not something new programmers will be able to solve unless you're really persistant. You might be able to assist with testing, provided that someone is willing to tackle it.
