NotaLobby 2.1 for Linux is released, check it out here:
http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=27289

The devs have really done a great job on it. It is lacking some features, but overall the interface is extremely stable and slick. And it has all the most important stuff: joining multiplayer battles, chat, map downloader, and even integrated rapid downloader. Also, I have not tested, but it should have the parts required for potential matchmaking to work.

Try it out, and if you like it make sure you let the devs know they are doing a great job. :D

But it says “Ubuntu”, not “Linux” :P

Looks good but multi-windowed interface is not the best choise for tiling WMs like mine.

They are only testing on Ubuntu I think but works fine on Arch for me. :D

So, I decided to test it today on Win7. It's a pretty solid lobby. I like it. It still lacks the one thing that I like most about TASClient (the ability to serperate Battle List and Battle Room into 2 windows) but it's forgivable.

Ihe interface looks great - the sidebar is better than tabs.
* Less click misses, better for 16x9 displays.

But why do they use normal tabs in the chat window?
Chat windows don't need long lines, but vertical space.
