Early Bandit spam is very strong, second time I've seen it lead to an upset this week. Bandits with Sparrow will easily avoid riots and win most raider matchups. Besides that, when you know your opponent is playing shields you have to start cranking out skirmishers to fend off Thuglaw. Nerfing Sparrow health and LOS doesn't help much here. Shieldbots are a crazy powerful factory made even better by Sparrow existing.
