wierd install

i want to donate but my install is wierd on linux and i get this error spammed in the console :

Either launch the game from Steam, or put the file steam_appid.txt containing the correct appID in your game folder.
[S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; no appID found.

to be honest i cant remember how i installed it and i dont want to reinstall because its working.

i just want to ask how do i get the donator pack and link it to my zk account not using pay pal? i got confused maybe of how to do this using steam.

i cant log on using steam or it links to another account (my steam account) for some reason and not to smokedragon..

i give up ill just use paypal like the rest of the world

i log in using steam Smokedragon account but it tries to link to my email address and shows my email address as my user account in-game and that is not the same as smokedragon

yes but the issue is persistent "This content requires the base game Zero-K on Steam in order to play." so i cant buy it or link it.. i have a install bug =/

Try downloading the game through the client. That should add it to your library, which will allow you to purchase the "dlc"
