Hi, as a (practically) non-member of the community, this sounds to be an odd reason to leave. (Or there's something more to the situation than you write?).

Perhaps you can disregard rank and join the "trolling" meta, it's more fun anyway.

If you play teams all it takes is loosing a couple of battles in 2v2 or 3v3 and your elo will tank. Then you get easier games in 16v16 (and my impression is that you climb up rank much slower winning large games than you go down loosing small games). I do not particularly like that happens (for myselff), but maybe it is usefull for you :-)
