I'm playing Future Wars in Custom Mod and at a certain point in the game the game crashes and I get an error saying “Spring has crashed: Access violation” Can someone help me?

When the game crashes you should get a popup asking if you want to submit a crash report. Do so and link the generated report here. If it doesn't automatically open up a page in your web browser go to https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/CrashReports/issues and link the most recent report.

acess violation after a while of playing sounds like possibly it could be a ram or paging file issue? do you have a good amount of ram?

Have you tried playing with dedicated FW bots? Default AI sometimes cause crashes with FW and is overall weaker. You can install FW AI from here -> https://github.com/Arch-Shaman/FutureWars-CircuitAIConfigs

I sent the report a couple of times but the site wouldn't open.

Actually, me and my friend play with bots and we usually use normal AI, not default AI. I will try the AIs in the link you mentioned. thanks.
