No commander death alarm for getting captured

Commander death alarm doesn't play when your commander is getting captured so you can really easily lose your comm on front
It should play when getting hit by status effects, its silly that a single badger hitting the comm can trigger the death alarm but not a domi about to get it

there is no alarm because it feels good to be captured
