I'm sorry that you misunderstood Saktoth's comment. That seems to have been the proximal cause of this particular dispute, although probably not its root cause.

Personally, I have no concerns whatsoever that one haléř is being misused. I'm making a donation now, and offering the community in general and Licho in particular my apologies for having waited so long to do so.
