I get no XP points

Hello

I know this game but i have to make a new acc. Whatever, my problem is, that i get no XP points and level up on my acc page but after each game i see in the stats that i should have get xp points. Springiee tell me i´m level up but nothing happened on my acc page or unlocks and so on. Is this a bug ??

That might be an account bug. Sometimes your account somehow magically gets split in two. One of the instances gets all the xp, etc. and the other not. You should contact an administrator, they can fix this issue.

Is your user name VOLKSCULT? If so, I think I've fixed it; let me know if it's still bugged.
