Ducks can be complete dicks sometimes. The one that engaged the two raiding Glaives from 1:30 was much worse than the average Duck though.

2 Glaives come in, Scumbag Duck going by the name Mr. Dick is ordered to intercept. One Glaive dies to my commander, other starts running around my base killing stuff with Mr. Dick in pursuit.

First shot, Mr. Dick hits friendly Conch.
Second shot, Mr. Dick hits another friendly Conch.
Third shot, Mr. Dick hits a friendly Solar.
Fourth shot, Mr. Dick hits a friendly Solar.
Fifth shot, Mr. Dick's shot almost hits the Glaive, but this Glaive is a ninja and dodges like a pro. Mr. Dick's shot shoots past the Glaive, makes a decently large half circle and eventually hits a friendly Solar (totally not planned, Mr. Dick).
Sixth shot, Mr. Dick finally manages to hit the Glaive with one of the two missiles. Glaive is damaged, but runs to safety.

Mr. Dick died later. No funeral was held.

Maybe that's how we should balance Defender?
