Does anyone have a Sandy Bridge intel card working on linux with Spring/0K? I have a Lenovo X220 with Arcn Linux and I'm getting weird graphical artifacts in 0K and BA. I have the intel drivers installed.

Exactly the same. Around half of 0K games run without problems but BA always has garbled/disappearing/misplaced models.

No, not exactly. Toshiba Satellite C660.

Try minimal details. Because you're not using ZKL you have to get the config from the defaults stored in the SVN.

Here is minimal: http://code.google.com/p/zero-k/source/browse/trunk/other/ZeroKLobby/Resources/Conf/springsettings.cfg0

Replace your springsettings.cfg with it (with the same name).

Where is springsettings.cfg supposed to live. I searched everywhere I could think of and didn't find one existing on my system. I tried placing the one you linked in ~/.spring but it didn't seem to affect anything. I think I need to understand where 0K stores its files better. I'll start reading up on that.

On linux the file is ~/.springrc

(just open it up and copy+paste the text over)

Seems to work perfectly. I want to try it in windowed mode but can't find the relevant setting in .springrc. Where should I look for it?

Run "spring --list-config-vars" to see all the possible options to set in the config file.

I think I found the options which fixes it. AtiHacks = 1.

Interesting. Still having the same issues. More precisely, right at the beginning my commander is monochrome in my team color, ie no skin on the model.
