Analyzing the failure to coordinate against the mega evil empire:

1) After performing the initial drop (not on torero who scouted it), i expected northwest to be fairly uncontested. It was. I was able to valclam the entire area without a single shot fired until much later and too late, spiders came to annoy me.

2) After spotting the drop, observing its results, and being told by SnuggleBass what happened, ElTorero completely failed to capitalize on this information, expanding west instead of north. Consequently, when valclams started flying around i also had no problem taking over most of the east and blitzing towards ElTorero 's stronghold.

3) Because of drop incapacitating Snuggle/Joe ability to expand and Eltorero failing to punish me for my ultraviolence, as well as ElTorero's westwards expansion triggering a retaliation, at this point i had enough resources to take on both enemy teams.

I then proceeded to rather sloppily implement abject winning, with risky and grand gestures like an all-out rapier vs aa invasion supported by a mass scallop drop.

Both enemy teams kept fighting each other (i heard the crabe shooting) even as i was sending Reefs down both channels.

So, maybe we need more indirect cooperation training :P
