That flying huge thing? In legit game you can't, it's OP. In your own game you can do !cheats then /spawn Nebula 1 1 (or somethign simmilar)

/give 1 nebula 0

(1 is the number of nebulas, the 0 is your team/player number. which is 0 when youre playing vs ai)

Unit count is also redundant if you want just one.

Or maybe just plop fac.

You forgot to enable cheats via !cheats

Like I said in the other thread you opened.
