Played in the context of a 4vCAI+ChickenAI. The static defenses, such as HLTs and the stardusts do not shoot the enemy team cons.

This is really happening, I've played vs ChickenAI + CAI too with versus666 and turret doesn't auto-target constructor first... even when the constructor is just next to the HLT, is visible and is constructing building (right near it)!

We played Chicken very Easy + 6 CAI

Note: Near as in really really near... annoyingly near and is frustrating that the defences let a lone constructor into the base... -_-

Suspect this is due to "units not targeting unarmed enemies like dirtbags".

(most) Constructors seem to be unarmed.

I speak out of ignorance here, without single look at the code.

They will automatically fire at cons but prioritise other things first.

I'm not sure that my turrets should shoot at Crabes (or whatever) instead of the constructors following them around.

In v1.0.5.4 only Dirtbags, Razor's Kisses and solars are generally rejected as bad targets.

I think those priority stuff sound OK but not vs CAI because CAI will build defences at your base(!) and they are really-really good at it... soo much such that constructor became no.1 threat!

Imagine you just left a place undefended for 1 minute and suddenly there is HLT there! wat teh...
