Circuit AI Hard: Around 8 minutes, the AI is excessing metal. Its factory is being intermittently idle; not sure why. Is this expected behavior for the AI at this difficulty?

This looks like the behaviour of what was called Hard and is now Normal. If you restart the game you should get the new configurations.

Then it appears my game is not updating the AI properly.

The game was run fresh this morning using Chobby.

I just checked the AI/Skirmish directory (after running Chobby). The Novice AI files have a last modification date of this morning. Beginner, Normal, Brutal, and Insane have a last modification date of Aug 18th. Hard, Medium, Easy, and Very Easy have a last modification date of July 15th.
