Translating the game

Hello! I'd like to translate the game to the Polish language using Transifex ( https://www.transifex.com/ ). However, in order to the Transifex project be 100% free, the game must not have any funding, revenue and/or commercialisation model, so I don't know whether it qualifies for the Transifex Open Source program.

The game already has Polish translations. There are others, but iirc Polish is the most polished. Any corrections will be appreciated.

I don't think an external service would make for good translations. They would need to know the context. For example the help texts need an understanding of the game's mechanics in order to properly convey the meaning in a different language.

ZK is already on transifex. The polish translation was polished using this service.

The advantage here is not in using external people to translate for some reason, but in allowing non-technical people to translate things with a convenient UI. Basically, like gettext, only web-based, and with gettext export.

Perhaps the language change interface is badly discoverable. You can change the language by clicking on the country flag on the small always-present menu ingame. I don't think the lobby is affected (or translated at all currently).

Since Limpet's help-text has been translated I think there's even somebody actively doing it.

Translations for Chobby would indeed be good (although I'm not sure whether they are currently supported).
