is there a real reason why to push shit maps that bleed game rooms of players since noone wants to play them, and destroy community even further? did someone actually approached any of admins and requested that ban to happen?

even the one that is in zk loading screen is banned. the yellow one with those cool egyptian obelisks and cloud surroundings, its not even listed anymore.

is there a specyfic reason why you hate players that much to push shit maps, and stalin-vanish liked maps, or is it some cop-reasoning behind it, as in wear seatbelt for your safety or i will give you a ticket from my motocycle?

you know that this is opensource peer project, where everyone can chip in, so why all of the sudden such bs flood? this crap happend in only last 3-4 years... and its just messing up zk.. did anyone actually approached any of admins and said, we want map vote spam after any battle with crap map sellection that noone plays instead of ie. 2 most played, and 2 most random obscure.

if you ever plan to go to real world you wouldnt last a week as community guys, since most studios would fire you guys for doing disservice to the brand... you were cool once and now talking to you is like talking to a cop or someone from some horror story of a clueless consultant:

Yea. you see. the problem is that its what you say. And what you say is not what people want. People want to play seth ravine and small supreme. you can put whatever reasoning you want, do any backstory to it, any technicality, but fact remains that youre authoritatively ban maps that people like. and that ban bleeds game rooms.

its not like putting them out there is pushing something on someone, still they need to be voted in by players, not by admins, so maybe you guys will cut out that bs and let people play what they like, if they will agree on it?

until you mentioned it, i dont remember anyone saying "lets ban seth ravine because i cant res some feature"... and that fix is like 3 lines of code specyfing features metal content in map description... so really...

you guys would be so fired by any gamedev studio for this...

banning a map from autohost is not banning. at all. autohosts are there to give good user experience. therefore the selected map pool there should reflect variety and disable duplicates, broken versions of maps etc.

nobody forbids you to do your thing on own-hosted battles.

most people who you want to attract are casuals. by pointing out some stray post you just further push the image of authoritarian cesspool where you need to obtain permission to have fun... yes, there is discussion, and so on, but removing it from voting is really messed up. people can decide themself what they want.
