HUD Preset set to None does not work

Fresh install with a few configurations related to hotkeys and nothing else. Unfortunately not able to customize HUD panels because I'm forced to a default preset - when I click None in HUD Presets it selects "Minimap Right (default)" option. Can anyone replicate?

Oh lol, I had to disable "Reset on screen resolution change". Another minor problem which might occur then is that when a HUD preset changes a logic which check screen resolution change is triggered by mistake, at least this is happening to me, Steam install, Windows 10.
