Spectator Panels make the Wind amount window dissapear

When the Spectator Panels are enabled, the Wind Amount window bugs out and dissapears after a few seconds.

The Wind window reappears immediately when I disable the Spectator Panels.

While the spectator panel is enabled, I can disable and then enable the wind window and it will be there for up to a few seconds, before dissapearing again.

The dissapearing seems to happen whenever one of the spectator panels update it's information.

I've done some more digging.

The "dissapearing" of the wind window is based upon whether the "Hide if spectating" in "Settings/HUD Panels/Economy Panel"->Visuals is checked or not. If checked, all the regular economy panels (regular income panel, Show Wind panel, Show Usage panel etc) will hide IF the spectator panel is enabled. It seems that "Hide if spectating" panel does nothing when Spectator Panels are disabled.

I'd like to have Spectator Panels enabled, with Show Wind panel but without the regular income panel showing.
