You mean ~/.spring/LuaUI? On my system there are only 2 files in there: ZK_data.lua and ZK_order.lua and there's no way that those 2 files alone make up ZK. Is the data somewhere else?

Depends on how you got ZK. If you used the springlobby integrated downloader it should be in "~/.spring/mods", if you used rapid it is in "~/.spring/pool".

I used rapid. I didn't know there was another way to do it. I would have used SpringLobby if I had known. Is there a way to delete the rapid version and redownload using springlobby? Is there an advantage one way or the other? If I had to guess it looks like SL has to download the whole mod every time while rapid does it incrementally, correct?

on my ubuntu it's in ~/spring/

I had to change the folder from /.spring to /spring after my install so springlobby could write to it.

In fact you have to tell where the directory is to spring lobby, so install spring lobby then configure to use ~/.spring as the spring folder, (it will create it i think) if its not created you create it and you are done, then you can manualy install mods demos etc...
