Single player is bugged after update

Commander spawn points are misplaced, both player and enemies spawn somewhere near the edge of the map and behind enemy lines. Does anyoune encouter this? How can it be fixed?

Campaign, tried different maps, eg. Romolis, Bavhakya.

Places are stable, restarting map does not change this place.
