Widget: Spherical Decloak Range

Real decloak range of units is spherical.
This modded widget replace the original by adding an option to show decloak ranges as spheres instead of ground discs.
You can find the option in Hel-K/Decloak Range when in game.

To replace effectively the original widget with this one, it must be named exactly 'unit_decloak_range.lua'
