Hi!
I am setting off on a large journey across Asia. With my gf, we'll be traveling through Armenia and Georgia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, India, Indonesia, and perhaps other Southeast Asian countries. We'll stop when our enthusiasm or money starts running out.
We'll be traveling at a very low cost - hitchhiking with occasional trains/buses, wild camping, and in cities couchsurfing or cheap hostels.
Why am I writing this? I've spent perhaps a little too much time playing this game, and since the community is so small, I can recognize individual players, their playing styles and the way they communicate. It is always interesting to meet people from other countries and cultural backgrounds, and even a little better still if you have some random connection, such as a multiplayer RTS game.
If you are somewhere along the route, and would like to show us around/go for a drink, just PM me, and perhaps it will work out :)

Thanks! Probs next year, once we come back from the journey :) but depends, maybe we'll like traveling so much that we will visit South America next year and postpone family, wedding, etc for some time.

Don't delay marriage for travel. Travel is much much (could add 100x easier, but that would still be an understatement) easier than marriage, but no where near as rewarding.

Interesting take on marriage and travel. I find marriage (or any long term relation) easier than traveling as described (wild camping/couch surfing/low cost). Ok, given you don't marry in the first week you met a person - then you might have some challenges after...

Armenia and Georgia finished, Turkey is next - we will travel along the Western/Eastern coast, all the way to Cappadocia :)
