I request a game mode similar to, say, Team Fortress 2 KotH. Obviously this needs an explanation, but the key detail is that two teams of players would start from 0 and play to win a middle objective, and once they've won the round completes and they play another round until one team won a number of rounds. Also, there's a soft cap on play time due to a timer and activation of "Sudden Death", but a final contesting fight can flip the result if there's a solid push, just like KotH.

The feeling that a player playing should get is that they get to create a little army (and continue to reinforce that army however they like) for the durration of a round until they or their opponent scores a point, then there's a total reset and they do it again, maybe with a different strategy. Maybe they run into mid with commander and 10 glaives, and end up building 15 knights behind that to secure victory, then next round they plop shields and coordinate with a teammate who builds heavy tank artillary to spam convicts and porcpush for a late game turn around.

The map could look like icyrun (heck it could even be just icyrun but extended backyards) featuring no-mex startzones/safe havens for each team. Commanders start in these areas and players build their factories here. The objective is to gain 1000 victory points for your team, and victory points are obtained for each complete mex a player owns on one of 4 middle mexes. The play zone features more than just the main objective mexes. Players have innate +8/+8 income along with their commander +4/+6 vanguard eco pack, and mexes generate resouces normally, encouraging expantion and holding onto all mexes. Besides the 1000 victory point requirement to win the round, there's an additional sudden death timer of 8 minutes. After 8 minutes have passed, mexes drop max hp to 1, all mexes generate victory points, and victory points earned are doubled, leading to a swift conclusion for that round.

When a round is completed, it is announced and after some time "cleanup" occurs. Cleanup means despawning all units on the map, and giving each player their commander at level 0 with radar + vanguard economy pack and a factory coupon back in their startzone/safe haven. Rounds are played until one team reaches a threshold (2 or 3) and are declared the victor.
