A newbe doesn't have Level 32

You are a newbe as long as you don't know how to get latest engine/game, doesn't know some different lobbies and have played not enough games to understand the square law, investment return or to respect reclaim income / area control.

Guys he has sub 1500 elo and didn't know how to paste his infolog, so he is a newbie. :P

He had the zk keys error, same as this thread: http://zero-k.info/Forum/Thread/4867

First time I'd seen it. Pretty serious problem, crashes all your lua.

Thanks bluelizard we spend a lot of time with the community and it's great to get some positivity, I just wish problems like this didn't happen in the first place as there are probably plenty of users who are too newbie to even ask (Or know who to ask).
