When i open the program it connects me to the server, then it disconnects me.

It goes so far as to load who is online. (friends list)

Then it says "disconnected due to network problem, autoreconnecting"

Then after a little bit it says "connected, logging in"

It connects, and then disconnects me again and cycles this continuously.

I have used the "connect" button, but it does the same thing.

Restarted computer... same problem...

I am currently using the Zero-K Lobby/host, and running Ubuntu 12.04

teh ban? for what? i am not aware of doing anything/upsetting anyone recently, nor have i recieved any kind of notification as to what it is about.

I got banned for being a smurf?
I am not a smurf though....

This is no joke my main account. I do have a secondary account called [gogo]dancer, which i made a long time ago, but forgot the password to. It is a long story.

It is a lower level than [g0g0]dancer, and as such it is not used.

I am wondering if some form of mistake has been made...

I am still not entirely sure about if i am banned or not.

Since according to norm0616,

"You're not banned, it displays the details on your user page, but since you have no such details you are not banned. "

omg. this is the 3rd thread about this. plz dont spam forum 8or: do it so you get attention and a fast fix).

could someone look into this?

anteep is known to smurf around and admins try to keep track and ban immediately. maybe there is some problem with matching user id?

to the admin who recently executed bans, please have a look into this, crosscheck UID of banned account to gogodancers UID.

Just a forensic heads up, it's not an anteep-smurf ban due to having an expiration date.

Anteep smurfs are executed for life.

Unless someone beats me to it, i'll try to resolve the issue this evening.

I have experienced similar problems as @G0g0dancer, but they always autoresolve for me. Usually I can log in perfectly fine. Sometimes my internet hiccups when I am already logged in and then it gets to this loop of trying to reconnect and failing. It usually still lets me in at some point, I do hope that it doesn't spam lobby chat though.

I am no longer banned and now able to log in.

Note: there was no penalty displayed on my page, turns out it was a ban/bug.

I would like to thank all of those who commented and a SUPER big thanks to whoever looked into it and had it resolved. All the love.

You are not banned tomicaST. There are no reports or penalties on your admin page. doofus has all the hallmarks of one of Anteep's smurfs that he trolls the forum with.
