ZK version 1.2.5.0
Spring engine version either 95 or 96, the latter being most likely.

Edit - FWIW - Linux, Debian Testing, ZKL.

In 96, ZK uses by default a new "ftl" version of Chili UI framework that achieves superior performance by rendering the entire UI to a texture, thus only requiring actually drawing elements when stuff changes.

Apparently, sometimes this invalidation fails (or tooltip widget just fails to cause it)

I'm not supporting 95.0 or 96.0. Try it with the latest engine.

GoogleFrog - Hey n_n Okay, I understand. I'm not sure if I could consistently get the bleeding edge version working yesterday, will try again today.

32-bit dev builds are only made once per day, while x64 builds are built after each Spring commit.

Bleeding Edge hosts the newest version, that is one that has been last built - so most builds don't have a 32-bit version.

However, you can get a "bleeding enough" version by specifically telling the server to give you versions that can be found for your OS.

Note that !setengine requires elevated privileges, so you'll need to !boss yourself.

Hey, Anarchid.
This whole Spring dance is such a UX-kill =\
But yeah, I eventually got the 32-bit bleeding edge engine to download - as you saw. :)
The issues outside of the downloading problem (it'd fail to download - I'm told this is related to the 32-bit thing you mentioned) I'm facing with the bleeding edge are -
1. When starting, the game will either crash (and I'll get the 'would you like me to set minimal settings' message), or...
2. it'll fail to connect, and I have to reconnect to play.
(It's always either one of these, I can't remember a single time it connected the first time itself without issue.)
3. I have Escape and Caps Lock swapped using xmodmap. Spring 91 (and weblobby) follows that. Bleeding edge Spring (and ZKL) doesn't. It's a generally useful mapping, but this inter-version inconsistency throws the player off.

GoogleFrog - I checked, the bug also occurs in the bleeding edge - http://imgur.com/vtU2Ujp
