It seems like you need to force your laptop and/or Spring to use the AMD graphics card instead of the integrated intel one. Poking around suggests this can be done through the Catalyst Control Center or the laptop BIOS.

Here's an example - you can Google for your own laptop manufacturer and hardware configuration

I have one so through the "configure switchable graphics" option. yet the client dddosen't seem to register the change.

anything else I can do? or will I have to wait till I build my desktop to play?

So zk does not work on epic integrated intels GPUs?
It's stupid, the most new and powerful integrated GPUs from intel have like 20% of performance from the TOP nvidia/radeon GPUs while staying small and cold.
It's totally enough for zk.
In future this difference between integrated and discrete GPU will only decrease

All said, ZK should run on some integrated intel cards, provided you use minimal or normal settings and maybe safemode.

There are/were people who play on intel while top10, yknow.

It's been switched to the Radeon6770M, why that isn't showing up is beyond me.

no reason to be a snark about it.

It is definitely possible to play ZK with intel graphics. I did it for over a year with few problems. Is ZK the only game that doesn't use your Radeon 6770M?

the performance of a card only means anything if the card has the driver support for what the app is wanting,as well as the facilities for certain special features(some cards strip out some of the features and an application trying to use them may crash without stating that)
