This author always does lua metal configs so I assume it is, I didn't really think it looked like calamity but I haven't loaded it ingame.

Looks fine for SW hill vs NE hill 1v1 at least. Jumpcom/jumpbots/spiders might be good here, to get instant access to the low ground mexes.

The current boxes are a bit flawed, north commanders can start on the low ground. I suggest moving the southern edge of that box a little northward.

The map is not deformable, it is annoying when you suddenly discover you cant terraform.

But this map is great! For what possible reason would you unfeature it? Acid water just means that silly ships cheese like people do on Ravaged does not work.

Some sort of warning when the terrain is not deformable would be nice though.
I don't mind it a single bit that it doesn't though.

I agree that it's kinda odd when a map is un-terraformable. Imo all official ZK maps should be terraformable, unless there's some VERY good reason to disable it (which this map doesn't have).

I can upload a version of this which is deformable, but otherwise unchanged.

Acidic water on maps like this is epic!

It also helps against commanders digging in to dodge assault units. Unfortunately it also works to trap-kill other units :(

Acid is a good way to remove ships-trolling.

... and it doesn't really help to trap-kill or anything, because terraform is forbidden.
