Nice GIF but I would hold on for the upgraded version that is supposed to be released soon. New hill look, new metal distribution etc.

How is this map? Feature? Seems quite dusty to me but has interesting terrain.

No start points. And is unplayable due to shit texture in ZK...

surrounding scene is too loud maybe add something more soft?

I mentioned this before, but consider combining two lava textures (either get a separate detail texture or use the lava texture twice with different scale).
It results in obviously less repetition while being slightly incorrect:

This cannot be featured because the lava shader breaks ZKs' music: music tracks end abruptly.
Plus it has crappy metal placement.

Wow, I'd really like to know the cause of that issue Orfie.

Sorry, I was really busy with the Steam sale.
I'll send something soon, although the plan is just to demonstrate the idea and get slightly better results - it's up to you to tweak the parameters and get the noise texture which yields the best results.
An alternative technique could be to use procedurally generated texture/noise, but I haven't explored that yet. Maybe we should discuss this on the Spring forums instead? I think it's an interesting problem, that should've been solved by now.

Your getting into territory I haven't had much experience with, but feel free to send me a PM on spring forums or github, I'm not very active these days though.

Can't reproduce. Music works fine for me with this map.
