If you are editing map, you should change/update the Trees too.

I don't see why this is needed.
The old map was balanced if you set the boxes properly.

well its still just a different thing with boxes, plus its hard to tell which size of boxes would be necessary to make it even. fixing this didnt break anything i knew of and it wasnt terribly annoying to do it either :)

I dont see how this hurts anything. Mexs are not changed that much. Hopefully this map will now play better.

It played well before in my experience.
Don't change what isn't broken is my opinion.

Anyway. Now that the metal map is more evenly distributed you should change the default boxes to be of the same size.
Currently the north box is smaller by default.

Archers were considered for MM pool. I may trade Avalanche for this, i guess.

Can't we just have a smaller pool? We don't need to include every bad looking map.

The pool is already too small and feels repetitive after a short while.

Maps marked as MM are auto-downloaded by new installs and are included in Steam distro.

The pool is already 1.1 gb.

Imo any top player should've "mastered" every pool map. That means knowing every corner, expansion and viable strategy. We haven't even started seeing what's possible on the current pool.

The more maps there are, the more you're expecting a competitive player to learn. This unneededly increases the entry difficulty for new players.

A small pool also makes it so that lots of good and cool maps like this one see 0 play whatsoever.
