Should be okay for mixed land-sea, though the rush distance by sea is very short. Very little sea metal too. How do hovers do, is it all passable?

Have you tested this map? Iirc the cliffs are massive.

Amphibs can cross anywhere. Hovers cannot. The double mexs become an area mexs and the resulting single mex gives 4.9 metal.
