If you add it back pls make start boxes 1 in each corner for 1v1. The current 20% map coverage boxes are strange.

It makes it awkward to play 1v1 on. You don't have a good idea of where your opponent is. Literally all other 1v1 maps don't have boxes like this.

Scout? Some 1v1 maps also have wide boxes. Trojan Hills, CCR.

But those maps are very large. Since this one is smaller start points matter much more. A cross max game would play out differently from a double center start game.


Also those maps tend to have a rectangle shape(if you account for water and tranches and such), not square.

Having multiple start positions is one of the features I appreciate in spring games. Not all maps should have them, but it adds another layer to the meta on those that do.
