Quite porcy because the hills are easy to defend and hold the most metal. Also windmills on the tops of the hills are excellent energy.

I played this map today and its very hard to beat other side if somebody camp on the hills a lot of metal and energy ... I think its good map for 6+ players. Also nice to use as test for some tactics and units. Perfect map :)

Changed from 'mountains' to 'hilly'; Kbots can go anywhere without terraform/transporters.

Removed it from PW cause oh fuck so friggin much shit spam due to speedmetal like eco on this map (its even worse than CCR due to the friggin size!).

Admins can now set metalmult on a per-map basis, since modoptions are reseted after every map change. Setting this map's multiplier to 0.6 would suddenly make it a lot less speedmetal.

Actually, doing it right now! Feel free to object if you think 0.6 is too low/high. Personally, I expect the map to play much better.

The main problem is wind being more efficient than moho geos. Anyway, decreased metal output means OD becomes less efficient so that'll surely help! There's many other maps that need this.

Pfff, anything with a little more metal than most is speedmetal all of a sudden? Please keep the term speedmetal for the real speedmetal maps. As the map stands it is great for 6v6 or more. After all, it is a big map, for big games.

It's great for unitspam and Zero-Fps, that's all it's good for. When looking at a map's eco potential I compare it to CCR. If it has about the same, then it's alright. If it's noticeably higher then I consider it speedmetal. That's my personal definition. "Potential" not only includes number of metal spots and metal-per-spot, but also number of geospots (eg Wide Pass), altitude and surface of high ground (eg this current map) as well as map size and similar things.
