1 So, what about allowing people to [s]only[/s] use predetermined labels? "Please use this", "Don't make defences (here)", "Grids need to be connected", "Attack here"... You get the idea. 1 So, what about allowing people to [s]only[/s] use predetermined labels? "Please use this", "Don't make defences (here)", "Grids need to be connected", "Attack here"... 3 I got the idea from DotA 2 (although I doubt it was invented there): It has a "Chat wheel" functionality, you hold a button and then select one of 8 options via mouse movement (like gesture menu), which triggers a certain chat message. You can customize it to 8 phrases of your choice out of a list (although I doubt we'd need that many to start with).

8 Unless you prevent it, people still can (and will) spam map markers at one thing for emphasis, but at least making sure that there's less rage-filled labels because using the friendly/neutral ones is more convenient sounds like a plan to me. 8 Unless you prevent it, people still can (and will) spam map markers at one thing for emphasis, but at least making sure that there's less rage-filled labels because using the friendly/neutral ones is more convenient sounds like a plan to me.
