I inferred it from the comments which you both made. Like I said, I suspect that if you had not all-inned him, he would have continued to target you beyond the point where that was reasonable - but in *this* game you did not give him the opportunity, and then flamed him for it anyway.

Properly played, being the third-most-skilled player is in fact a quite good spot, since you can play the top two players against each other *while keeping them both in the game to draw attention away from you*.
