@Aquanim why don't you stay in small teams room and wait for the good small games with @DeinFreund and @Licho ( sadly I never see you guys there ). Apparently mumble clan made it just by easy open a own small teams room and they just play. Obviously they never complain about cluster games, why they should. If they want small games they just open a room for small games and do not yell at forums against clusters while not playing any small games by themselfes.

take

freedom
to
find
out
who
makes
the
best
room
for
the
community,
players
go
there
where
they
like

rooms,
room
owner
can
decide
whom
to
kick,
if
noone
is
comfortable
with
that
they
can
join
the
public
rooms
or
just
open
own
room.
I
would
only
see
one
risk,
that
there
will
newbies
get
kicked
too
fast.
But
hey,
if
we
have
good
players
they
would
not
stay
in
such
room
because
good
players
want
new
players
to
see
the
game
growing.
