My commander lost it's ability to fire it's beamlaser sometime in the middle of this game after I upgraded to level 4. It wouldn't fire at enemy units within range, and force fire orders directly on flat ground would result in my commander merely walking toward the force fire location. And yes, I was on fire at will state at all times during the game. At the end the only way to attack was to shoot the disruptor bomb since the beam laser no longer worked
