I think it's default-on, though you may need to go to in-game Settings/Interface/Reclaim Highlight, and click on "Show Reclaim Field" at the top.

It should be noted the map has Dynamic Metal (it's supposed to scale to help support big team games "better", but I made it progress too hard). It does play pretty weirdly differently though admittedly. I think the dynamic metal could be tuned better for other maps, but I want to leave this as-is because it seems to provide a nice experience based on player feedback.

Also the fact that overdrive supported west team is pretty amazing and was totally unintentional :D
