Error when trying to view planet

I own one planet. When I try to view its planet page I get this error. This occurred last night and continues today.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Sequence contains more than one element

Won't let me post full thing but offending line is apparently this:

Line 25: if (Model.HomeworldClan != null)

Maybe you tried to view a planet from another session?

Or the database crashed ...
