From comment looks like everything worked as intended:
iwinbutton has no weapon in the usual sense: it's script destroys units by other means.
(Starlight probally similiar.)
One can imagine many such "specials", so I decided against playing such cat-and-mouse game because it would never end.
As side-effect it adds an interessting layer of experimenting: Players seem to enjoy trying to "beat" the map.
Taking that away does not make the map more fun.
If you do not like it, just agree not to try such things. All "breaking" I know of requires a deliberate decision.
If you want to talk about "spirit of the map" then one should first think how a team even managed to build Starlight or iwinbutton in the first place?
