i see you use an ATI Radeon HD 6550D card, and you have ati hack config option enabled. the provided stacktrace shows kernel32 access violations, but also suggest a problem with the graphics card.
it is hard to tell what that means though,and im no expert. 2 general options might help.
1)
disable ati hacks config option (zklobby->settings). see if that has an effect.

[i am told, engine devs have not a single ATI card, so the development there is untested, unfortunately]
