Hacksaws, who makes them, shotguns shoot further, no?... as a counter for the now favoured Wyvern air unit, a hacksaw buff is truely needed.. range in particular

Remove it, buff Newton instead. Also have Newtons auto-pull planes and make them prioritize expensive ones.

Make it deal disarm damage, then cut its cost. Make disarmnament remove bomber payloads. There, it sends bombers home.

I think 400 was serious about his remark. Who makes them? Nobody? Then remove it, one less dedicated AA.
