Aye, but I had encountered that, and as the only link to the help text is in the main planet wars screen it wasn't immediately accessible.
It is also rather horrible. I mean, it won't stop me from playing battles, particularly when there is only one battle in town, but it makes me feel like even my victories are wasted. I didn't get into this to grind influence for FATAL, and it doesn't make sense for all of your influence to be transferred. I would have opted for some sort of bonus in battles where you work with allies, or perhaps a split distribution...
