Why area attack is broken!?
Bombers refuse to attack enemy units when I issue area attack order

THEY JUST FUCKING FLY OVER
AND -OCCASIONALLY- DROP BOMBS
UNTIL THEY ARE ALL DEAD
...

time mark: near the end of the game, I tried issuing multiple area attack orders
5-6 min before I attacked another side with area attack order and it kind of worked
