Make artillery reveal its exact location on radar upon firing

I realised Impaler was wicked when I was making circuit configs, it just needs babysitting. I suspect recent targeting improvements have now brought human controlled Impaler to the same level as AI controlled.

That said, I still think the problem is 0% the impaler and 100% the shitty porc meta and big games on tiny maps.

i think that we need to go into a completely different direction. Diverse the porc up! Make new turrets! make porc a new game! Units are only for the sporty guys who don't know how to have fun. (:P)
