Voting server host as boss breaks room

I found a room (FFA) today where the server bot had been voted boss.

I don't know a way to remove boss now and we couldn't even vote on forcestart.

Either there needs to be a way to remove boss, or it shouldn't be possible to vote server bots as boss.

the boss thing is bugged, there is no way non-boss players can remove the current boss
