remove dirtbag and wind/tidal gen lag

i dont know why they make the game lag
perhaps its the graphic ?
maybe this is something related with too many animations which can be adjusted

make the wind gen spin less or lower the wind gen graphic quality?

make the dirtbag top static rather then keep bouncing?

making mass flea cause a little lag , but not like dirtbag they really make the game lag
