So i was thinking (tm) of getting new mouse. Tho im cool with resoldering micros every 3-5 years (besides that, i have suped up my 10€ logitech to have pre stressed micros so i put a piece of metal that pre clicks micro since it was too heavy on middle one (im heavy blender user, its kinda a thing there)), was thinking on getting a gaming one. Any ideas on what mice are out there that are not completely shit?

must have:
- non gay look (no frills, rgb if any only as an accent)
- solid smooth look (no transformers mouse)
- hopefully white/cream
- micros that will not have to be replaced for next 4 years

Any ideas?
those ones come close,

so far i knew logitech and steel series doing something cool and user friendly,
any new comers that you have tried and tested?
Those brands that i posted any good?

(was out of pc tuning scene since late 2005)

Those offers are a bit expensive for only having 2 special keys. If that's enough for you, maybe get something cheaper. If you want more keys for a low price, there is for example Titanwolf, but I cannot guarantee its longevity. If you want something medium to high end, I recommend Logitech G502 (or G402 to save some money if 3 keys less is ok). Unfortunately, Logitech G600/G602/G604/G700 are very expensive nowadays because they're no longer produced.

those you mentioned are cool tho they are in the "transformers" category, i need something for blender and occasionally lobstering, something casual with 2 side buttons, and switches that wont flake on me. the price of mine mentioned is in pln they aroundish 40€ range

Cause they'll transform your gaming experience :D

But actually though, you should really consider the G502. I've had an older version of the G502 (with a slightly different logo and 12k instead of 25.6k DPI) for about 6 and a half years, and it works good as new (and I've used it a lot). I'm extremely happy with it, Logitech makes some amazing mice in general. My dad has also had a G502 for a long time, longer than I have I think.

Also, you can turn the RGB off through GHub if you want.

I thought by transformer design you meant something like MadCatz. They have a really cool transformer design.

I did consider the difference between pln and €. You could probably get something like that for half the price, though. But if you like the design, then get it.

yea, Logitech was my go to brand, but they spew some 10eur mice that i have and they shipped with switches that borked over 9ish months. was thinking if its something with the brand in general or something only local to me. the one you mentioned is nice, was thinking of it as well, and in white looks nice too, tho it failed my transformers criteria...

im looking for something 2005ish smooth...

DErankBrackman yea, i seen those cheaper gaming mice, but im looking for something as a dailiy driver with blender/cad and something that will not fail me over liike 5-7 years. so its kinda investment in infrastructure. like when i laid ethernet i went with hightest grade and now i run gigabit over copper that sits nicely in bracket channels.. something something future proof, something something amortisation of investment
