unable to reproduce the error.. i deleted my local version version 1.0.. and made the online version 1.1.. it downloaded correctly. i double checked all code by replacing it incase there was an error. please try again.

reverted static arty buffs they had huge are of effects and are much more over powered then i expected

its a mode that makes most things 4x

i will be updating it soon now that editing custom defs was solved

here is a short description:
8x reload
1/4 cost and health
4x -> range, aoe, jump, cloak radius, shield radius.
nerf: limpet health, tac missile silo cost.
buff: thunderbird, raven, pheonix, zenith (costs)
